In only 10-15 minutes you can reach the popular lakes, the Murner See and the Steinberger See, which invite you to unforgettable experiences.
Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of a 2-family house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms: bedroom 1 is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while bedroom 2 has a single bed and another double bed - ideal for families or groups.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine (Senseo/Pad), a toaster and a kettle. There is a parking space for your vehicle at the property.
If you are in front of the house, please use the parking spaces on the far left, as the parking spaces directly by the front door are private.

If you need a high chair or would like storage for bicycles, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything for you.

WASHING MACHINE & DRYER:
For stays of more than 2 weeks, there is the possibility of using a washing machine and dryer.
For SHORTER STAYS we regret to inform you that there are NO washing facilities available.
We charge a fee of 5 euros per wash cycle, payable on site. Please note that the appliances are not freely accessible as they are located in our private cellar rooms. In order to guarantee you the best service, we ask you to arrange the use of the appliances in advance. You can easily do this when you make your booking. As we are also occasionally on vacation, access to the equipment may not always be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!

---> For LONG-TERM BOOKINGS (of more than 2 weeks) an intermediate cleaning is due every 2 weeks, please note the extra costs of 80 Euro per cleaning. This must be paid on site.

--> ALL LEISURE ACTIVITIES AND THE LAKES ARE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY BUT CLOSE BY. THE APARTMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE AN OUTDOOR AREA.

Nearby you will also find a restaurant and a bakery that offer fresh delicacies. Please note that the bakery is closed on Mondays. The Globus, Aldi and Netto supermarkets are 5 to 8 km away for your grocery needs.

If you are looking for recommended restaurants, we have a few tips for you: visit the “Glück Auf” in Wackersdorf (8 km), the “Rathausstube” in Wackersdorf (9 km), “Fenzl” in Steinberg (8 km) or the Greek restaurant “Bistropolis” in Schwandorf (8 km).
For leisure activities and swimming fun, there are numerous options in the surrounding area: the Ödgrub ski lift is 22 km away, while the Schwandorf adventure pool is just 8 km away. Other attractions such as the Wild Wake Park (6 km), Adventure Minigolf (6 km) and Lake Steinberg (5 km) invite you to spend an active day. Lake Murn (17 km) and the Water-Fish-Nature Adventure Park (16 km) are also worth a visit!
