The villa built in 2018 is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Bicycle storage.

Pazin, district Bakši. The villa is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Semi-detached house - youth groups are not permitted. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
