It has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and can house up to 6 persons. On the patio is an extra outdoor shower.
Eco-friendly renovated in 2023, all modern comfort is available, including wifi, airconditioning, dish washer, washing machine and water softener. Due to the solar energy generated, it is almost energy neutral.
It holds an ideal location, just 10 minutes from the airport and a stone throw away from the beaches and golf courts. Through a lovely boardwalk stroll you reach the picturesque fisherman's town Los Abrigos with its broad choice of fresh fish restaurants. There is plenty of parking space in this quiet neighbourhood.
The common heated seawater pool, with lifeguard service, is situated about 80 meters from the house.
