The 180 m² property consists of 2 independent apartments and features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, television, and a washing machine. A cot can be provided upon request.



The holiday home has a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. You also have access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool (open from 9:00 to 22:00).



A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed for an extra fee. Please respect the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. Smoking and events are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises.
