Vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms and terrace

Relax on your private balcony at the Heringsdorf pier! Renovated in 2023, this light-filled 3-room vacation apartment is designed on two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the upper loft and can be reached from the living area below via a spiral staircase. Each bedroom features a double box-spring bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The tower bedroom includes a smart TV and direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. In the living room, you’ll find plenty of built-in closets for your clothes, and the comfortable corner sleeper sofa creates a cozy atmosphere. In the evening, you can use the large smart TV to look at the day’s photos or listen to your favorite music. The open kitchen area, which adjoins the living area and features a spacious dining area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a large mirror with a vanity mirror. For your convenience, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are included as a starter kit. The living area opens directly onto the terrace, which is furnished with seating where you can enjoy the sunrise. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a portable crib and a high chair for an additional fee. In front of the house, there are only loading and unloading spaces; as an alternative, we offer discounted parking passes for the local parking garage in Heringsdorf at current rates. You’ll receive the parking pass at our service office upon arrival. Pets are welcome in this vacation rental; we charge a fee for this based on current rates. In the basement of the Seebrücke, a lockable bike storage room and a small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available to you free of charge.
