The ground floor (96,8m2) of the villa has a modern open kitchen connected to the living room. Room height in the villa is more than 5 meters. In addition, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a separate WC, wardrobe, sauna, washroom, and utility room. The dressing room has a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes and access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor (26,6 m2), there is a living area with a TV, two double bedrooms, and WC. The villa is equipped with a wireless Internet connection.

The storage and maintenance facilities for skis and golf equipment are located in a separate area of the garage building. In the yard, there is an atmospheric cooking hut (Timapuu-brand), which offers space for up to 10 people. The use of the hut is included in the rent.
