In the house: washing machine. Steep motor access. (13 steps). Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1.6 km, bakery 1.9 km, café 1 km, pub garden 2 km, bus stop "Plaza de la Constitución" 1.8 km, railway station "Benicarló-Peñíscola" 10 km, sandy beach "Playa Sur-Playa Norte" 1.8 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 30 km. Nearby attractions: Laberinto mas grande de España 8 km, Golf Panoramica 30 km, Delta del Ebro 50 km, Ciudad de las ciencias Valencia 180 km, Morella 75 km. Hiking paths: Sierra de Irta 9 km.
