Modern vacation home on the banks of the Helgeån

Large and fresh summer house with a magical view with the sunset towards the river Helge Å.



The cottage can accommodate at least 6 people with 3 bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room as well as the possibility of extra beds if required.

In the living room there is also a table and a large dining table with seating for 8-10 pers., As well as a fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. (A glass of wine is recommended, for health reasons!)



The kitchen is complete and well equipped with fridge / freezer, spacious pantry, microwave and dishwasher,

Fresh bathroom with water toilet, shower and washing machine. Then there is also a furnished patio with barbecue access. Place for parking of three or more cars.



The plot is fantastically located along Helge Å, with 20m to the water and access to own boat

for fishermen. There is also fishing equipment to borrow if needed.



Adjacent to the cottage is Glimminge Station, where you buy a fishing license, hire fishing equipment, books

day trips or dressage cycling. They also offer canoe, boat, and motorboat rentals.



Bike distance to the lake Tydingesjön (2km), with nice swimming area and pier. Perfect for families with children.

The area is very popular with beautiful nature and opportunities for hiking, cycling or fishing.



In Broby (5km) there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and systembolaget.

Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön! Herrlich ruhig zum entspannen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch völlig okay. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass unsere Anreuse "vergessen" wurde und somit nichts vorbereitet ubd auch nicht sauber war. Zum Glück wurde es ganz schnell behoben. War für mich als alleinerziehende Mama, nach über 500 km fahrt, trotzdem ein echter Dämpfer.

Toller Ausblick mit kleinen Mankos

Bei Anreise haben wir leider ein verunreinigtes Objekt vorgefunden. Wir mussten also erstmal saugen und wischen. Auch Schubladen waren verdreckt, Geschirr musste erst gespült werden vor Nutzung. Das haben wir angezeigt und darauf kam die Information, dass es mit den letzten zwei Mietern Probleme gab. Aber das können nicht nur zwei Parteien so hinterlassen, es ging hier um den nicht akzeptablen Grundzustand was die Reinigung betrifft.Die Aussicht und das Grundstück sind hervorragend. Leider jedoch hört man draußen die nahegelegene Schnellstraße.Zum Vorteil hat die Straße, dass man schnell bei vielen Ausflugszielen ist. Sehr positiv sei auch „Glimminge Station“ mit der Besitzerin Anny zu erwähnen, sie ist auch für den Draisinen Verleih zuständig. Das macht Spaß und sie hat ein kleines Idyll mit der alten Bahnstation hergestellt, was zum wohligen Urlaubsgefühl beiträgt.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind schön gelegen. Nur die Internetverbindung und das mit dem Fernseher war etwas unangenehm. Im ganzen aber positiv.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage mit fantastischem Blick!

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Blick direkt am Fluss, eigenem Steg und Boot. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die nahe Bundesstraße, die man je nach Wind recht deutlich hört.

Traumhaus am Fluss

Der Urlaub war leider viel zu kurz. (eine Woche). Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht.
