On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen, completely renovated in fall 2017, is equipped with induction hobs, a large work surface, and plenty of storage space. A separate toilet with a storage area completes this level.
Upstairs, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a set of bunk beds, perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a beautiful shower column, for optimal comfort after a day of activities.
Enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a landscaped garden, a shaded terrace, garden furniture for dining or relaxing, and a private garage. The house provides access to a large shared swimming pool within the residence. It's perfectly possible to bring the sun loungers from the garden, provided they are stored away when not in use at the pool.
The house is ideally located for discovering the region's wonders: just 13 km from the foot of Mont Ventoux and just over 30 km from the summit (1,912 m), it's a perfect starting point for nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers. In winter, there's even a short skiing holiday at Mont Serein, at an altitude of 1,500 m.
You can also explore the surrounding area with magnificent walks in the Toulourenc Valley, on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, or enjoy the lively town center nearby, full of typical shops and local products.
