Luxurious country house next to Wingster Forest and near North Sea

The stately country estate is located in the middle of a 10,000 m² private park - in an absolutely quiet secluded location. The spacious living area can be used in many ways to relax or work together.

The property lies in the middle of the well-known recreation area "Luftkurort Wingst". Various sports activities such as horse riding, tennis, hiking, cycling, water sports and the Elbe beach are a few minutes away.


The spacious living area (>150 square meters) offers a fireplace with library, two cozy sofa beds, as well as a working and dining area with access to the south-facing terrace.

The high-quality country house kitchen offers everything the hobby chef needs with a cozy table in the middle of the room. The guests also have the storage rooms and the laundry room is available for the guests.

The largest bedroom is located in a separate wing on the ground floor, adjacent to the other small bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. From there, a large bathroom with bath and shower, as well as the second sun terrace is accessible.

There's another bedroom across the sun terrace. This includes a double bed, a desk and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Through the terrace door you have direct access to the outside.

Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms "garden view" and "field view" each with their own bathroom. The private areas are connected by a bright gallery. On this open gallery is another double bed.

The country estate is surrounded by a private park and is located in an absolutely, quiet secluded location. This tranquility not only enjoy our guests... With a little luck you can watch deer, rabbits and other forest dwellers in the early morning hours.


The air spa town of Wingst is known for its beautiful forest and its diverse leisure activities. In addition to various Wingster excursion destinations such as the zoo, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as the balcony lake, there is also a wide range of sports (horse farms, tennis courts, hiking & cycling trails...)

Just a few minutes away by car is the Elbe beach Otterndorf and the Wadden Sea in Cuxhaven (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

As Wingst is a state-approved recreational and climatic health resort, Wingst charges a guest fee of €2.20 per guest per night, which must be paid upon arrival.
