With a surface of approximately 120 m², a large yard, and the possibility of staying directly on open water, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The villa offers plenty of privacy and wonderful space outside to enjoy together.

Spacious living with two bathroomsInside, you will find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, and coffee-making facilities. The villa has three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, two modern bathrooms (one of which with a bathtub), and an extra toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine, a dryer, and two private parking spaces are available, so you can enjoy a carefree stay.

Entspannen und Genießen

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, Lage des Hauses war sehr gut direkt am Wasser mit eigener Bootsanlegestelle. Kamin und Sauna waren auch vorhanden. Wir hatten eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit mit der Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nicht zufrieden

Leider war das objekt nicht so wie auf den bildern. Von innen sehr schmutzig, überall ameisen, Der steg am Wasser komplett verschmutzt. Nach der beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde sich nicht wirklich drum gekümmert, für die Ameisen wurden Köder aufgestellt( Problem nicht behoben). Den steg haben wir selber sauber gemacht, dort war mindestens ein monat kein Gast mehr, dieser komplett verdreckt, der ganze Kot kommt nicht von den Enten inmerhalb zwei tagen, wie uns an der Rezeption erzählt worden ist. Hasen laufen überall rum, was absolut nicht schlimm ist, jedoch geht es gar nicht das im Garten ein halbes Kadaver liegt welches mindestens ein paar tage dort liegt. Auf dem weg zum strand, etwa 3min zu Fuß, lag die andere hälfte. Nach beschwerde wurde dies entfernt. Leider nicht zufrieden.

Die Lage von unserer gemieteten Beachvilla war toll. Die ganze Anlage ist großzügig angelegt aber nicht unnötig weitläufig. Ein Traumurlaub zum super Preis mit Bötsanleger und einem schönen Plätzchen zum Angeln. Die Lage des Resorts ist perfekt für weitere Ausflüge z.B. nach Amsterdam. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
