For shared use: large garden with plants and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Children's playground, planted inner courtyard. In the complex: reception, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Breakfast and half board (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, diving center 6 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Leopoldsteiner See 1.5 km. Sports centre 100 m, skisport facilities 11 km, cross country ski track 6 km, ice rink 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuer Erzberg 5 km, Naturpark Gesäuse 12 km, Schaubergwerk Radmer 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skigebiet Präbichl 12 km. Hiking paths: Hochschwab. Please note: car recommended. The photo is just an example.
