Great house with beautiful (sundowner) view

Our vacation home is a perfect place for families and smaller groups. Terrace and pool offer absolute privacy and a wonderful view. Sundowner on the terrace, that is pure relaxation for us. The rooms are divided into two wings and thus offer privacy and ample space even in the house. Living room and kitchen and the terrace directly in front of it are the ideal places to spend time together, to chill, to play. Around the heated pool you will find sunbeds with places for shade and sunbathing. From Cigalon (that's how we christened our house...) you can make trips to Avignon, Nimes, Orange as well as trips to the nearby rocks on the Cèze (cliff jumping - if you want), canoe trips on the Ardèche, cycling and hiking tours in the Gard. A trip to the sea is also worthwhile if you want a little more tourist hustle and bustle again (yes, that can be nice too...). In the surrounding villages you will find nice restaurants (e.g. in Goudargues) and of course everything for your daily needs. Our favorite is the small, nice store in St. Marcel de Careiret. Everything there, super close - and vacation shopping too...! What do I mean?? Just try it out...;-).

The house is a non-smoking house. You can smoke on the terrace, but be careful w/ fire hazards (cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly!!). Thank you very much already!

What else is important to know...?
We use the house ourselves a few weeks a year and have many personal items in the house. Basically, everything that is directly accessible is also at her/your disposal. We thank you in advance for a careful handling.
Since we do not live in France, we have good friends on site who take care of everything (reception, handing over the keys, final cleaning (please sweep clean from your side and put back furniture if necessary), pool, garden, ...). Otherwise it would not be feasible.

If you have any questions, we are of course at your disposal (before the vacation, but also during it). We answer questions very gladly and usually very quickly. Tips we have laid out in the house - but we can also help in advance.

Since we have only recently started renting our dream, we very much hope that our taste also meets their / yours and it is also some wonderful, relaxing time away from everyday life.
