The property also includes a completely separate guesthouse where I occasionally stay when in town. The two residences are entirely independent, sharing only the street-level staircase and basement laundry area. Your privacy is always respected.

One garage parking space is provided. On Wednesday evenings through Thursday mornings, street parking restrictions apply due to city trash collection. Guests may park inside the garage or on the upper portion of Yoakum Drive during this period.

### Property Maintenance

The gardener typically services the decks on Saturday mornings. If you prefer to avoid maintenance during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will gladly reschedule whenever possible.
