Private: garden 120 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 270 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 100 m, pedestrian zone 1 km, bicycle rental 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "C12/C14" 25 m, railway station "Lugano" 18 km, sandy beach "Lido di Menaggio (Lago di Como)" 12 km, grass beach "Porlezza" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.4 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 9.5 km, surf school 1 km, minigolf 12 km, riding stable, cycle lane 700 m. Nearby attractions: Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Lugano, Menaggio, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como, Lago di Piano.
