Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation in our “Fränkische Seenliebe” vacation apartments in Unterwurmbach, just 2 km from Lake Altmühl and 3 km from downtown Gunzenhausen. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with your family, we can offer you the perfect accommodations. Both Lake Altmühl and Lake Brombach offer a wide variety of activities, such as swimming, hiking, biking, kitesurfing, and sailing, as well as year-round events and a large adventure playground for children. There’s something for everyone. Both apartments were renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished to be allergy-friendly. Our cozy garden is perfect for relaxing. Parking, a sandbox, small toy vehicles, and a play tower are available. Our first-floor apartment, with 26 m² of living space, accommodates up to 2 people. The living/bedroom features a double bed (200 cm x 160 cm), a satellite TV, a lounge chair, and a dining area. The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, as well as a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. There is also access to the balcony, which includes a parasol and seating with a table. The bathroom, featuring a shower, mirror, and hair dryer, rounds out the apartment. There is also seating in the garden that invites you to relax. Please note that pets are not allowed. The nightly rate includes final cleaning, utilities, a parking space, the legally applicable value-added tax, bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, and toilet paper. Kitchen towels and dish soap are provided. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib can be provided upon request. The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Bakery items can be ordered from a local bakery and delivered to your doorstep. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
