The Space:

Create unforgettable Florida memories in this cozy condo on Anna Maria Beach! Located on the second floor, this 1-bedroom condo is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a romantic beachside getaway.



Nestled in the Water's Edge community, you'll be just steps from the island's beautiful, pristine beaches. Guests can park one vehicle in assigned first-floor parking before taking the elevator to your second-floor condo. Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room with a comfortable open floor plan and full kitchen. There is also a small powder room. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light, and a private en-suite with shower stall. At the end of the day, enjoy meals al fresco on your private balcony. Please note that this unit does not feature a bathtub.



Guests will enjoy access to the community amenities, including a pool, coin-operated laundry, and of course, direct access to one of the country's most beautiful beaches.



Take a quick walk to the free trolley stop to enjoy an air-conditioned ride along the island's seven miles of shops and attractions. Check out the latest exhibits at the Artist Guild Gallery, then enjoy an ice-cold drink down the street at Duffy's!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condominium, along with one assigned parking space.



Getting Around:

A car is not required as many attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

Best location !!

If you want to stay away from the horrible traffic and have a more chilled vacation, this is your place. We loved the private beach and the ability to fish from the shore. Best location in AMI!

Great spot with limited crowds!

The accommodations were excellent and met our every expectation. The location and semi-private beach access limited the number of umbrellas and beach goers each day....which was great. Easy access to the north or south end of the island. Overall, a great spot we will return to in the future!!!

Great spot

What a beautiful condo, right on the beach. Loved how quiet it was. It was still close to everything even though we had a car the trolley stops right in front of the property. I would definitely book again!

We were told we could ask to check in before 4 pm then were told not to attempt to enter before 4 pm. It appeared they were controlling the ac. Room often got up to 78 as if someone kept shutting it off. No beach umbrella so we had to purchase one.Kitchen pots, pans and cookie sheets were so awful we had to go purchase some to use. The garbage and recycling Instructions were not accurate. The building and parking spot weren’t marked S so we didn’t know if it was right. It was really expensive.
