Since spring 2018, the popular vacation destination of Tossens has been home to a new and beautiful luxury vacation resort in a unique location, situated approximately 150 meters from the lovely beach on the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula. The vacation apartments at Gut Tossens are ideal for every type of vacation and every age group. Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or with children—with 13 vacation apartments and 2 large vacation homes, each containing 2 units—the complex offers plenty of space and comfort to suit every need.From our resort, you can reach all major recreational facilities and amenities—such as the beach with its large children’s playground, the Aqua Mundo swimming pool at Center Parcs, and the town center with its shopping options and restaurants—in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Using public transportation—including bus and ferry services—you can take lovely day trips and sightseeing tours to Nordenham, Eckwarden, Burhave, Wilhelmshaven, or Bremerhaven.

On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the trip price. The guest fee is charged separately and must be paid on site. Bed linens (€18 per person), towels (€10 per person), and the linen package (bed linens and towels) can be rented for €21.00 per person. In a separate laundry room, you can also use the washing machine, dryer, and iron for a fee. A bike and equipment shed, a charging station for e-bikes, and a car parking space are available for your use. A travel crib (without a mattress) can be provided for 19.00 €, and a high chair for 7.00 €. One pet is allowed and is welcome for an additional fee of 25.00 € per pet



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
