Single-family house "Korina", 2 storeys. 1.3 km from the centre of Klana, 19 km from the centre of Opatija, 15 km from the centre of Matulji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn 130 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach "Volosko" 17 km, concrete beach 17 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage shower. Forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.

Super Villa

We had a fantastic stay here. Klana is a nice place where you can relax and it is near to all Activity Places to drive with Car. The Villa was clean, and very beautiful. The Pool was fantastic. Very kind and lovely Owner.

Awesome hospitality

We stayed in this lovely house and had an amazing time. The host Mirela, was really welcoming, organized, responsive and helpfull. -Clean, lovely swimming pool, -Great garden. -Beautiful surroundings, -Perfectly located for trips to the coast or hikes in the mountains/woods -Great place for families with children . (>4 years) -Good facilities For young babies and toddlers there might be some slight challenges in the terrain. (stones, unguided concrete stairs etc).

One of our best holidays with doggo ever

What a beautiful house and a fantastic landlady! Communication was very easy via WhatsApp. All questions were answered super quickly. Very lovely landlords! The house is perfect for people with dogs! Very quiet location on the edge of the forest. Extremely clean, bright, large property with huge parking area, 12m pool and a fully fenced garden and fully equipped. Perfect for trips in all directions! We relaxed a lot and enjoyed it so much! Will definitely come back soon. 100% recommended!

Perfekte Auszeit in ruhiger Lage

Wer gerne schwimmt und umgeben ist von absoluter Ruhe, ist hier genau richtig! Das wunderschöne Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt! Superfreundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit behilflich sind bei Fragen. Der Pool wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt und die Lage direkt am Waldesrand ist toll. Nachts sind viele Tiere unterwegs- wir lieben es und möchten wiederkommen.

Geweldig!

We zijn een week met onze kinderen in Kroatië geweest. Het vakantiehuis is zeer goed bevallen. Bij aankomst een leuke attentie en de beheerder was aanwezig om alles te laten zien. De beheer was goed bereikbaar als we wat wilden vragen en altijd vriendelijk en beschikbaar. Fijn zwembad, schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien Mooie steden in de omgeving. Op de vertrekdag kwam de beheerder persoonlijke langs om gedag te zeggen. Voelde heel persoonlijk en prettig allemaal. Echt een aanrader!

Fantastisk feriehus i rolige omgivelser.

Skøn bolig i skønne omgivelser. Huset er i to plan og man bor i underetagen som er dejlig kølig, selv på de varmeste sommerdage. Fantastisk ude areal, med spiseplads i skyggen og egen pool med liggestole. Huset ligger som det sidste på vejen med skoven som nabo, så man kan være heldig at se rådyr om aftenen. Værten er helt fantastisk, vi fik en varm velkomst med gode råd og var meget hjælpsom. Øen Krk og meget mere ligger i køreafstand, så det er nemt at tage på udflugter.

Wunderbar zum erholen !

Die Besitzer waren super lieb und bei Rückfragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauch. Der Pool war sauber, nichts war beschädigt. Generell wirkt das Haus sehr neu ! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, es gibt 2/3 Hunde in der Nachbarschaft die auch mal bellen, aber uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört, da wir selbst einen haben. Wer Ruhe vor Touristen haben will, ist dort richtig ! Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder !:)
