The holiday home Teleferica is located in Bronte and offers you a wonderful view of the mountains. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a cot available on request.



The private outdoor area features a pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The house is conveniently located near the Saracen Caves, the Simeto River (the longest in Sicily), and the town of Bronte, famous for the Pistachio Festival held in October.



There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the premises. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present. The house offers homemade or locally grown products.

Total tranquility

We were looking for somewhere peaceful to unwind, away from the madding crowd, to enjoy good food, sunshine and relaxation. This property ticked all the boxes. It is very remote (which is what we wanted) but the nearest shop or civilisation of any kind is several miles away so definitely not recommended without a car. For a peaceful and beautiful location though, it is highly recommended.

Schönes Haus mit ruhiger Umgebung

Pros: Maria, unsere Gastgeberin, war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe des Hauses war sehr unkompliziert. Es wurde das Wichtigste gezeigt und man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht, von der Kochmöglichkeit über Besteck, Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie alle möglichen Utensilien um sich den Aufenthalt gemütlich machen zu können. Ebenso gibt es auf beiden Etagen jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt ein sehr gutes und schnelles WiFi sowie einen Festnetzanschluss für den Notfall. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, sodass wir unsere beiden Hündinnen frei laufen lassen konnten. Der Garten ist ausreichend groß und es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. So garantiert es sich, immer im Schatten sitzen zu können, wenn es doch mal zu heiß wird. Auch der Parkplatz ist großzügig geschnitten, dort hat es problemlos Platz für zwei Autos. Die Gegend ist äußerst ruhig und Ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Cons: Ein Auto wird unsererseits dringend empfohlen, da alle wichtigen Stationen mindestens 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt sind. Dafür ist man aber für sich und kann vor allem am Abend die Ruhe geniessen.
