New and sustainable 4-room semi-detached house with a thatched roof, offering approximately 110 m² of living space for up to 6 people in a quiet location.

This bright, exclusive, and modern vacation home was completed in the spring of 2023 and offers the highest level of comfort across three levels (further information on the sustainable construction and living concept can be found at the bottom of this page). The owners personally designed and furnished the rooms with great attention to detail—creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

On the first floor, a covered hallway leads to the light-filled living/dining area with an open kitchen:

The high-quality kitchen, equipped with a BORA stove and cooktop extraction system, leaves nothing to be desired for the avid home cook. A bright and spacious dining area, as well as a cozy sofa nook with a TV, invite you to relax. From here, you can step out into the newly landscaped garden, which features a newly furnished south-facing terrace, two beach chairs, and a private outdoor sauna nestled within an artificially created dune landscape.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 x 200 cm), large closet, sofa, and TV. This bedroom features a small desk, which also allows for remote work while on vacation. Through a floor-to-ceiling door, you can step out onto a French balcony and enjoy the view to the southwest.

Bathroom 1: Bright bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, large bathtub, towel warmer, and large window.

Another cantilevered staircase leads you to the spacious lower level/raised first floor, where you’ll find:

Bedroom 2: Double bed (200 x 200 cm), large closet, and TV. This bedroom features a desk that allows you to work remotely while on vacation.

Bedroom 3: Double bed (200 x 200 cm) and large closet. This bedroom features a desk, which also allows you to work remotely while on vacation.

Bathroom 2: Spacious nautical-themed bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, towel warmer, window, and a small fitness corner with a cross-trainer and exercise mat.

Separate utility room with a washer and dryer.

Special Features: 500 Mbit/s high-speed internet connection in the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with floor heating. The high-quality mattresses in the bedrooms have a firm and a soft side, so they can be flipped to provide individual sleeping comfort.

Garden: The semi-detached house is situated on a newly landscaped lot featuring a high-quality furnished south-facing terrace, two beach chairs, a lawn, a Frisian wall, and an outdoor sauna for private use, located in the midst of a man-made dune landscape with a sunbathing area and wooden loungers.

Location: From the very quiet residential street, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Ost Dog Beach, the Wenningstedt Promenade with numerous restaurants, and several bakeries.
