The Space:

Located in the Palm Building of Hanalei Bay Resort, this is a condo features truly incredible views of Hanalei Bay and Namolokama Mountain.





Step inside to find air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), an in-home washer/dryer, and a comfortable living and dining area. Spend your afternoons and evenings outside on the beautiful, private lanai, taking in the majestic bay and mountain view. There's a king bed in the bedroom and one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort.



Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses.

Overall it was a great experience. The property is beautiful and very welcoming. I did have issues with the washing machine having a nasty looking dispenser. I had to wash it before I could do a load of laundry. I also thought the rooms needed a dusting, including under the bed. That being said we were very happy with everything available to us. We would definitely reserve this unit again.

Stunning view from the balcony! We spent so much time out there. The entire home was gorgeous, luxurious, and well equipped. We did most of our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed and more! The grounds and pool area were so beautiful as well!

Loved waking up to the mountain views everyday! And a close drive to Hanalei bay and other north shore locations. Would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort. The condo is located right next to the path down to the beach and has a gorgeous sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the mountains. Highly recommend it!

Great views of Na Pali coast and Hanalei bay.

Great location, well stocked with kitchen and bath ammenities. Tennis facilities with pro available for lessons or group play. The only thing you need to bring is food and sunscreen.

Hanalei Bay Resort

Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend renting this property. The only problem we had was with checking in, according to check in they did not have our reservation. Vacasa was very helpful and responsive in clearing things up with front desk.

Loved this place. Soooo beautiful. It is on a resort and lovely gardens. The Happy Talk restaurant is amazing! The pizza place was not well run and had limited seating.

Amazing

This is one of my favorite vacation rentals that I have ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, and lots of items for the beach (chairs, cooler, etc.). The view from the lanai is amazing. The property is top notch. I cannot wait to go back. Do not hesitate to book this place- you will not regret it.

Great Place but …

The condo was great and as advertised. The only thing is that there is a resort fee and parking fee in addition to the price you pay for the condo. Maybe it was in the agreement somewhere and I missed it. In any case you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Luxury resort with gorgeous views

Perfect resort property! The photos do not do justice to the gorgeous views from this property. Well equipped with nice kitchen, beach chairs and scuba gear. Lovely furnishings and a comfortable bed. Hanelei Bay Resort is fantastic--walk to small private beach (better for snorkeling) or take a short drive to the public beach in Hanalei for a beautiful golden sand beach with fantastic swimming and body surfing. Cannot recommend too highly!

Great Stay-

We stayed at this resort last April in a different room, loved the location, resort and staff. We found this room on VRBO for our recent stay, and booked it. Amazing Views, very nicely appointed Kitchen, stylish and comfortable furniture, the decor was wonderful as well. Slept well, bed was perfect. Nice to have ac and a washer and dryer. Even the bellman who helped with the luggage said WOW when he walked in. Would stay again in this condo. Property management was very responsive on check in and booking procedures.

As advertised

Nice well appointed unit. Nice property (private beach, pools, restaurant/bar). regrading the path to the beach, its a short walk on a paved path however part are somewhat steep, one must be ambulatory or call the desk and they will send a cart for transportation. Friendly staff. Resort fee. 45 minute delay with check-in.. Apparently there is a recurring issue with Vacasa not inputing the reservation into the resort property system. Phone response was non-exisitent (leave a message). The resort manager had to reach out to local contacts.

Amazing Views, Poor Management Company

Condo location perfect, right by path that leads to beach, great room sizes, amazing views. However told management company (unit was owned by private owner, so resort could not help us) coffee pot did not work, couch sectional was heavily stained and when I went to flip over cushions there was so much food in couch, said they would send someone out to fix. Patio furniture covered with bird droppings. Took 4 days just to get coffee pot and no cleaning crew sent ever to address anything else by Vacasa. Wooden bench in shower moldy. But enjoyed the balcony views. All of HBR is amazing.

If you’re considering it, book it.

At the time of booking there weren’t any reviews, so I was a little hesitant when we committed to this spot for our honeymoon. This condo blew away all our expectations and I’m so, so happy we stayed here. The listing looks very accurate to the actual place but there’s no way photos can do the view justice. Honestly probably one of the best views on the island. The lanai is huge and relatively private. The inside was clean and all the appliances were pretty modern. The only complaint I have about this condo is that there are adjacent units on each side (with a doorway that could connect them both) and the walls are quite thin. One of the neighbors got a little rowdy at night but it wasn’t ever a huge issue while sleeping. If you’re super concerned about privacy though this is something to definitely consider. That said, the resort amenities and location absolutely made our experience. It’s a short walk to the lobby and parking lot (maybe 5 min) and it’s the closest building to the beach path. The path to the beach is paved and shady but very steep. We chose to just walk the 10 minute trip and try to appreciate the bit of a workout, but for those who cannot/would prefer not to you can just request a complimentary ride down. I’d most directly recommend this spot for active adults who enjoy some privacy and incredible access to nature. If that’s you, book it!!
