Hi, Cory, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

Our team of housekeepers takes pride in their cleanliness standards, as it is a top priority service we provide for every guest prior to check-in and we are so sorry that there are lapses during your stay. We have forwarded your concern to our local operations manager to avoid future complaints and we do hope we will have another chance to host you for a more comfortable stay in the future.

Thank you for your review and we were happy that we were able to replace the broken appliance so quickly. As for the beach amenities, it's something that individual owners supply, much was removed when COVID happened, we removed this items due to sanitation concerns.

Hi Tom, thank you for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Our team verified that two of the three ceiling fans are working. There are enough portable fans in the unit for guests to use if needed. All outlets work, and the toaster will be replaced. We hope you'll choose to stay with us again!
