The Panorama Apartment is located on the first floor of Building 7 and offers a stunning view of the new harbor, the observation tower, and Lake Plau. <br>Two spacious terraces (facing south and west) are perfect for relaxing. <br>An electric grill is available for a cozy evening of grilling. <br>All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric insect screens. The living and sleeping areas are equipped with TVs.<br>The apartment features a modern and very tastefully furnished living/dining area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light and a floor-level shower (rain shower)<br>The 62 m² living space is ideal for two people. An extra bed for one adult or two children can be added in the living room. <br>A crib and a high chair are available free of charge and can be booked in advance. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, and blanket for the baby crib.<br>A small, natural access point to Lake Plau is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m). <br>There are no parking fees for this apartment. <br>Non-smoking apartment. One dog is allowed.
