We make every effort to present to potential guests after booking a clear and transparent description of our homes and location in the check-in email that is sent out on the morning of the guest's arrival. Additionally, we advise guests to access our Trip Manager portal, which is provided upon booking, as it has extensive information about travel, accessing the home, communicating parking, telephone numbers, and amenities. We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused you and your party and any frustrations you encountered regarding the non-working helpline number. We have made our local staff aware of this issue so they can work to update this internally to prevent future occurrences.
