Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Access is subject to building rules and operating hours. Guests are asked to be respectful of other residents and visitors when using shared facilities.
Other things to note **Booker Identification** As per VRBO rules, the person making the booking must be one of the guests staying in the accommodation. Additionally, South African law requires us to collect information about the booker and all other guests. This will be done through an online check-in process.
(As of 26 May 2014, the Immigration Act 13 of 2002 has been amended. Section 40(1), read together with Regulation 36, outlines these requirements.)
**What's Included in Your Stay**
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide the following:
- A starter supply of tea, coffee, and sugar. - An initial stock of toilet paper and basic shower amenities - Weekly cleaning and linen change for bookings of 9 nights or longer
**Electricity Usage** Your stay includes 10 units (kWh) of electricity per day. This is generally sufficient with reasonable use of appliances, for example, using a heater in winter or a fan in summer. Just a note: conventional heaters typically use around 1.5 units per hour of continuous use.
If you’d like to keep the space extra warm or cool, you're welcome to top up electricity at any time, just reach out to your host. The current rate from the City of Cape Town is R4.94 per unit, and unused top-up units will be refunded after check-out.
**Loadshedding** The apartment building does not experience loadshedding.
**Smoking** The buildig is a smoking free building, that is included inside the apartments and common areas such as the rooftop.
**Rooftop and Swimming Pool** Access Hours: 5am to 10pm No Smoking No Glassware No Alcohol in the pool
**Braai''s/BBQ** On the rooftop there are gas Braai/BBQ facilities, plastic picnic flatware is provided in the apartment for use at the braai area, please do not take glass bottles to the rooftop. Please follow the building rules and regulations for shared spaces.
**Babies** If you’re traveling with little ones, we’ve got you covered! We provide a travel cot with a mattress and a folding feeding chair to make your stay easier. Just let us know at the time of booking if you need them, and we’ll have everything ready for you.
**Parking** Please note that there is no parking available in the building, and the parking garage directly across the street is currently closed for renovations.
