Centrally located to all premier ski resorts and walkable to the Dillon Marina, amphitheater, picnic area, bike trials, local restaurants, groceries, tennis, pickleball, boating, kayaking, fishing, and more. Enjoy Lake Dillon and Tenderfoot Mountain views, a wood burning fire, hot tub and indoor pool, and ultimate convenience at the Lakeside.

• Condo is single-level and located on the second floor of the building via stairs or elevator (some stairs involved after elevator).

• Assigned free parking for two (2) vehicles on the opposite side of building. Note, parking is low clearance / narrow tandem parking.
