The space
3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with an open floor plan and fully furnished interior. Back deck has a hot tub and there's a fire pit in the yard. Flat yard with plenty of space to spread out.

Other things to note
Great base for exploring Route 151. Blue Mountain Brewery is just minutes away, and most other wineries, breweries, and cideries are within 10-15 minutes. Shenandoah National Park and Wintergreen Resort are a short drive away.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the home was not clean. The host said the property was clean the day prior but it was evident that it either was not or not done well. The floor was dirty, dead gnats everywhere on the floor and on top of the beds, curtain rod was slightly hanging off, and a few of the dishes weren’t clean. We ended up not staying there, cancelling and going to a different location. The host is a nice guy and wish him well but unfortunately the home needs some attention.

The outside of the home had no curb appeal…once inside, it seemed clean and ready for our weekend…as time went on we found several issues…no clean towels in the bathrooms, no laundry detergent, no dishwasher detergent, dirty towels and sheets piled up on the washer and dryer…the outside front porch and a couple of the windows were covered in spider webs..we contacted Tucker and he told us that we could find some clean towels in the downstairs closet…by that time we had already washed some with our supplies that we brought…On a positive note, Tucker was very quick to respond to my message…we were told by another person who left their number on the table that someone would come by the next day to take care of things, but never happened…we made the best of the weekend..The home is very cute and perfect for a couple or two if only they would be more attentive to the details.
