Designed with comfort in mind, each of the 3 bedrooms features a king-size bed, making it easy for every guest to enjoy a restful night`s sleep. The primary suite offers breathtaking ocean views, direct access to the private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom also includes its own ensuite bathroom, while the cozy bunk nook features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more sleeping space, for an area that can accommodate up to 10 guests total.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you`re making breakfast before a day at the beach or enjoying dinner with family. You`ll also find a drip coffee maker to start your mornings.

- There is a $120 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
