The well-kept, enclosed property (800 sqm) is located in the heart of the charming seaside resort. In a few minutes you can reach the first sandy beaches on foot.

Locquirec is a popular seaside resort surrounded by seven beautiful beaches, located on a small peninsula in the bay of Lannion. From the tip of the peninsula you can enjoy a fantastic view over the western part of the pink granite coast. The harbour promenade is lined with typical restaurants and cafés offering excellent French cuisine. Entertainment is provided by various exhibitions and events in the field of art and music during the summer months.
