Welcome to our 4* Cocooning apartment located in Villa Prat Bras, opposite Laïta beach in Le Pouldu. On the ground floor of a characterful seaside house, it offers direct access to the garden and a stunning view from the beach to the island of Groix. Enjoy the peace, the ever-changing landscapes with the tides, and walks on the famous GR34 trail, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.



We will be delighted to welcome you all year round and share our local recommendations: restaurants, walks, and activities. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.



The T2 apartment is rated 4 stars and offers every comfort:

- Large bedroom with a queen size 160 x 200 hypoallergenic bed (no feathers and anti-mite)

- Living room with a sofa bed convertible to a double bed (140 x 200)

- Equipped kitchenette: 2 electric hobs, fridge/freezer, mini oven, kettle, filter and/or capsule coffee machine, toaster, and essentials (coffee, tea, condiments, etc.)

- Bathroom with large 90 x 90 shower and customizable lighting

- Flat screen Smart TV

- Access to washer-dryer (laundry room upstairs)



All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, and tea towels. Cleaning is done with care. We live on site and are often available to welcome you and advise you on the best addresses and activities. Arrival from 3 p.m., departure at 10 a.m. (flexible times whenever possible). Storage space for your sports equipment (bikes, surfboards, etc.) can be provided.
