On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, and both bathrooms, each featuring a shower and bathtub.

The open-concept living and dining area, featuring a modern design, offers wonderful opportunities for relaxation. You can enjoy spending time together in the cozy couch area with a flat-screen TV and stereo system or around the large dining table. The fireplace, paired with candles, creates a lovely ambiance.

The modern, luxurious kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—so you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals even while on vacation. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at one of the many restaurants on Juist, which serve delicious North Sea cuisine with a view of the sea.

You can book the sun and fresh North Sea air right along with your stay! The vacation home features a balcony on the first floor as well as a furnished terrace surrounding the house. From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea. This way, you can soak up the sun at any time of day. The private, secluded setting guarantees relaxation in a peaceful and restful vacation atmosphere.

The upper floor features three separate bedrooms. The two double bedrooms have access to the balcony, while the single bedroom features a closet.

Please understand that this house is not suitable for small children due to a lack of child safety features. Pets are not allowed.

A washer and dryer are located in the house and are available for your exclusive use free of charge.

Additional restaurants, cozy cafés, and small shops are located in the nearby town center. The harbor is also very close to the house, so you can watch the ships coming in.
During the season, a varied program of activities is offered at the Haus des Kurgastes and on the Kurplatz, and the seawater adventure pool as well as the Töwer-Vital-Welt invite you to pamper yourself. You can explore the island’s impressive natural beauty on a hike, a bike ride, or an idyllic horse-drawn carriage ride.
