For us, our vacation rental isn’t just an investment property—it’s our passion.

That’s why we’ve invested in amenities and comforts that surprise in every detail—in a design concept featuring clean lines and thoughtful touches. We’ve created a place that invites you to relax and feel at home. This is perfectly complemented by the ideal location with ocean views and proximity to the beach and the city center (both about 300 meters away).

The bedroom:

Sleeps 2 people on an Oschmann box-spring bed. The bed is equipped with a 7-zone pocket-coil mattress (test winner) for a perfect night’s sleep. High-quality pillows and comforters from CenterStar. Cozy bedding for your comfort is provided. The built-in closet offers ample hanging and storage space, as well as a place to store suitcases and travel bags.

The living-dining area:

The living room is furnished with a 2-seater sofa by Ligne Roset and a 32-inch Samsung TV—the “The Frame” model. This TV has an internet connection, providing access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services. It also impresses with its high-resolution picture quality. When the TV isn’t in use, it functions as an art display, showing a selection of famous paintings from around the world. This truly lives up to its name, “The Frame.”

Brand-name kitchen by Schüller with high-quality appliances from Siemens, Bosch, and Franke (microwave-oven combination, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment). We also provide our guests with a Philips coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster; plus a Krups Nespresso machine with capsules for your first cup of coffee in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and kitchen accessories; we also provide our guests with salt, pepper, ground coffee, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher supplies (tabs, etc.) free of charge.

The bathroom:

Equipped with a spacious shower, a towel warmer, and a Braun hair dryer (test winner); we also provide our guests with high-quality Vossen brand towels—3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 face towels each—as well as hand soap and toilet paper (2 rolls) free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi with high-speed LTE network.

Balcony with Kettler furniture facing the quiet inner courtyard; enjoy the sun here all day long. If the sun gets too strong, use our electric awning. It’s equipped with a wind sensor, so it retracts automatically when the weather calls for it. This way, our guests don’t have to worry about a thing while on vacation. In the evenings, our guests can enjoy the starry sky over Norderney.

Cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, dustpan, etc., are provided free of charge and are stored in the built-in closet in front of the apartment, accessible only to our guests. A separate coat rack for jackets and shoes is also integrated here. Of course, it’s also lockable separately. This saves space both inside and around the apartment itself.

A washing machine and clothes dryer (Miele) are available in the building.

The apartment:

The building stands out for its central location near the beach, with barrier-free access from the entrance to the apartment and an elevator that takes our guests directly to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The building is very well-maintained and was completed in 2012.
