We loved our stay at the beautiful Sea Star! Gorgeous home with so much room for everybody. We had so much fun swimming in the pool, hanging out in the game room playing pool and of course being at the beach all day! Can’t wait to come back next year!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with this property was disappointing enough that future guests should be aware of several issues.The check-in process got off to a rough start because the advertised check-in times were inaccurate, which created unnecessary confusion upon arrival. Communication with the host was also frustrating. The host would only communicate via text message and repeatedly refused requests for a phone call, even when we were trying to resolve multiple time-sensitive issues.One of the primary reasons we booked this property was the heated pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, neither worked properly during our stay. We contacted the host several times and requested verification that the equipment was functioning, but the issues were never resolved. This was a significant disappointment, especially given the premium price of the rental.The golf cart situation was also unclear. Information regarding access was not communicated well, and we were unable to use it for the first two days of our stay.Another major issue was the lawn sprinkler pump. The pump appeared to be failing and produced a loud noise every morning around 4:00 a.m. Because of its location and noise level, sleeping on one side of the house was nearly impossible. What should have been a relaxing vacation became a daily disruption.Given the number of unresolved issues, we requested a partial refund. Despite documenting the problems and communicating them throughout our stay
