Spend a relaxing vacation in the modern "Achterdiek" vacation rental and enjoy the comfort of two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. This newly built, 3-room, non-smoking vacation rental is centrally located in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
The vacation rental is on the first floor of the newly built corner building on Nordstraße and features a spacious living area with an adjoining kitchenette, as well as two separate bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. This vacation rental is not only ideal for families, but also for friends and couples.
In the entryway, you’ll find a coat closet for your jackets and shoes set back in a niche, before you walk past the kitchenette into the spacious living-dining area. The open-concept living area, featuring two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining table, leaves nothing to be desired.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a raised oven with a built-in microwave, a self-contained ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. From the living area, you also have access to the two covered balconies facing south and west, respectively, which are furnished with patio furniture and invite you to relax.

The separate, bright bedrooms each feature a double bed, a closet, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The modern and timelessly designed bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. In addition, both bedrooms have exterior blinds—including on the balcony doors—and direct access to the large balcony on the west side of the house.
A parking space in a double garage and a shared bicycle storage room are also available to you at this vacation rental. In addition, the house features a shared sauna facility.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this vacation rental.

This vacation rental has two balconies.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key locker.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – Return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
