This second story, 4-bedroom, condo at Delton Grand (a lakefront community) has an elevator available for an extra fee to assist those with difficulty using the stairs. Our guests will love the three fireplaces, two balconies with different views, the dining table (seats 12), breakfast bar (seats 4), and the garage complete with a ping pong table.
The property has and indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, fire pits, gas grills and a beach for year-round fun!
This unit is located by the indoor pool and just a short 2-minute walk to both of the beaches and the outdoor pool.
Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking in our 2-car garage. We have parking passes to allow for 2 more vehicles in the lot as well. The garage has a ping pong table that can be used if it isn`t parked in.
This condo is on the second floor, and you will need to climb a flight of stairs once you enter our front door. We do have a private elevator available for those in need. Access to the elevator is made by special request in advance of your arrival and requires an additional fee to help cover the cost of the elevator maintenance and insurance.
Our condo has a large kitchen that is equipped with most anything you`ll need to prepare your favorite charcuterie or meal. The kitchen has a bar that is perfect for evening conversation and is open to the dining and family room areas.
The dining area has seating for 12 at the table (additional leaves and chairs not shown in photos) and has a modern, electric, fireplace.
There are two private patios, one off the dining room and one off the family room.
Our family room has a queen sleeper sofa and a large 55` Roku TV with cable so that you don`t miss the action on game day. There is also a modern, electric, fireplace.
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, 65` Roku TV, and modern electric fireplace. There is a twin foldaway bed stored in the closet.

Guests have access to everything in the condo except a couple of closets that are locked. This will not impact your stay at all. Our guests will also enjoy all of the same amenities as the owners at Delton Grand with only two notable exceptions which are the sauna and exercise room.
We are usually nearby and available to respond to our guest`s needs but we give you the space that you expect when renting a vacation property.
Delton Grand is a mixed-use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, second homes, and vacation rental homes. DELTON GRAND GUEST RENTAL RULES Delton Grand is a premier condo association located on Lake Delton and is comprised of privately owned condos. Delton Grand allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families, long term tenants as well as fellow-guests. Excessive noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal laws may result in Guest/Guests, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by rental Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager. Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: ● The elevator is locked from use. We will open it for guests who pay a nominal elevator fee and request it. The elevator is not for able bodied minors as home elevators are more fragile than commercial elevators. ● Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unit may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios. ● Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to the size of the condo. Occupancy limits are listed in each of the unit listings and guests are encouraged to look at each unit occupancy limit to ensure the unit can accommodate their party/family. Guests exceeding the capacity limit of the unit will be asked to leave. Refer to rental management rules for possible violation fees. ● Parking. Parking passes will be given for each unit rented. 1 Vehicle allowed for 1-bedroom units. 2 vehicles allowed for 2 or 3 bedroom units. Penthouse units 313 and 314 have assigned underground parking for 4 tandem parking spaces. 100 and 200 unit condos have 2 car garage that maybe available for guest use. No parking permitted for boats, trailers, RVs or any other recreational vehicles on property parking lots. Street parking is available and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street parking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing. ● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests. ● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight. ● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones. ● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. ● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings. ● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. ● Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. ● Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife ● Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot (parking garage for 300 building). Do not put large trash in common area trash cans such as the one by the grills. ● Docks. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. ● Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. Guests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NO docking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. Association may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight parking.
