Bungalow "Ehmke". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Karlshagen, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn. (swing, sandbox), parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café, bus stop 550 m, railway station 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, surf school 2 km, minigolf 10 km.
3-room bungalow 50 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
