Villas for 4-5 people: Each villa is tastefully and modernly furnished. Each villa has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed + 2 with single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, and both rooms have a balcony (1 with sea view + 1 with mountain view). Each villa has a shower/WC and a guest WC.

Cleaning: Cleaning is done every 3rd day.

Bed linen and towel change: This is done every 3rd day.

Location: Approximately 30 km south of Volos, between Afisos and Kalamos, is Lefokastro, which remains largely untouched by mass tourism. There are only a few small accommodations for vacationers looking for peace and authenticity.
The Bay Villas are located outside the settlement of Lefokastro, in a large and well-maintained garden. It is only 50 m from the sandy beach of Agia Efimia.
In Lefokastro, there are two tavernas, and shopping facilities can be found in Afisos or Argalasti.

Parking: Parking is available on the property of the complex.

Beach: Sandy beach Agia Efthimia near Lefokastro, about 50-100 m. The nearest beach is in Lefokastro, about 500 m, or in Afissos, about 1.8 km away.

Your accommodation: The Bay Villas are approximately 83 sqm each. Each villa is tastefully and modernly furnished and has a large balcony with garden furniture and sea view.
