Holiday at the gates of Sylt for man & dog

Moin Moin, I would like to welcome you to our country house Neu-Marienhof in the heart of the Christian-Albrechts-Koog in beautiful North Friesland at the gates of Sylt.

My country house is a place of peace and comfort at any time of the year, in the middle of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Experience Rhineland/Frisian hospitality here in the rhythm of ebb and flow with many ways to spend the day: Mudflat hiking, cycling tours, horse riding, fishing and excursions to Denmark, Sylt or a visit to the neighbouring Emil Nolde Museum and much more.
In 2016, I decided to move to the coast for the sake of my health. By chance I found Neu-Marienhof and fell in love with the house. With a lot of love, I renovated and refurbished the house to share it with people who want to spend their holidays with their four-legged friends in beautiful North Friesland. I live here with 2 Dalmatians and 2 Chihuahuas. The outside area still has its original old "charm" and is being changed piece by piece.
The entrance is in the east wing and the flat is on the ground floor.
The flat has an open living-dining area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator with three star freezer compartment, cooker with oven as well as a dishwasher.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for max.4 persons. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, heating and a TV.
A holiday at Landhaus Neu-Marienhof means child-free time - Adults only.
The holiday home has a shared garden where you can relax in the morning. The garden is perfect for dogs to use.On the back plot there are still the remaining foundation walls of an old barn, which must remain there so that a new barn may be built later on.
Many excursions are possible in the area, including to Sylt, Amrum, Föhr or to the beach on Rømø in Denmark, the harbour town of Husum, Nordstrand or the Flensburg Bay. The host also recommends a visit to the castle in Glücksburg or a mudflat hike in Dagebüll.
There are 3 parking spaces on the property.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed in the holiday flats Amrum and Römö, Sylt up to 3 dogs.
Smoking and parties are not allowed.
The rooms must be handed over clean. The rubbish must be disposed of and the dishes washed and put away.
