Prime location near the "Deutsche Weinstr." with a view over vineyards at the foot of the mountains (Haardt). Vacation apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house. Quiet, sunny prime location with a sensational view, approx. 95 square meters: living-dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms. First bedroom: with a 1.80m-wide double bed and a desk. Second bedroom: with a 1.40m bed. Large bathroom with natural light: shower, 2 sinks, vanity area, kitchen. Free street parking and a locked bicycle garage. Ideal starting point for excursions.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of town in a small new development on a traffic-calmed street.
The bedrooms can be completely darkened with exterior roller shutters. From the house, you can walk or jog directly into the vineyards. Guests are particularly impressed by the sensational panoramic view toward Edenkoben, Villa Ludwigshöhe, Hambach Castle, and Neustadt. The bathroom is exceptionally large and beautiful!

The wine-growing village of Böchingen is connected to a network of cycling trails. Nearby: the Pfälzer Weinsteig (a signposted hiking trail). Landau is 8 km away, and the A 65 highway exit is approximately 7 km away.

The small wine village of Böchingen is nestled in the heart of the vineyards, just under 2 km from the Haardt Mountains. This region is part of the Palatinate Forest Nature Park—the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. Here you can hike, stop for a break at Palatinate Forest huts, enjoy affordable meals, and visit many castles and palaces, with fantastic views across the Rhine Valley all the way to Heidelberg.
Most castle ruins also feature restaurants where you can stop for a meal.
