Located in San Teodoro, Sardinia, Villetta Bougainvillea is just 300 meters from the sea as the crow flies—you can clearly hear the sound of the waves from the private garden. La Cinta beach is about a 10-minute walk away.



The 60 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, and a washing machine.



Coffee lovers will find four different ways to brew coffee: capsule machine, compatible pods, classic ground coffee, and the traditional Italian moka. Capsules are not included.



Bed linen and bath towels are available for an extra fee. Please note that beach towels are not provided.



Outdoors, you can relax on the covered terrace and in the private garden. There’s also an outdoor shower and a shared barbecue. Parking is available on the street.

The apartment itself was clean. That's the only positive. Hidden fees: The listing says only: "Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee." No amount is given. The host contacted me after my free cancellation deadline had passed to disclose the charge. I had no choice but to pay. The linen fee? Let's just say it was in the high double digits — per person. Do the math for three people. That is not a small "extra fee." That is a significant hidden charge. Then: no beach towels. The property is advertised as being close to La Cinta beach. Paying that much for "towels" and receiving zero beach towels felt very unfair for a beach rental. The little things that added up: Coffee machine: It uses capsules, but none were provided. So a basic morning coffee meant going out to buy capsules first. Lighting: Nearly every lamp in the apartment flickered constantly. It gave all three of us headaches within an hour. This made the space uncomfortable to be in. Advice for future guests: The host does not speak English. Have a translation app ready. Ask about ALL fees – in writing – before your cancellation deadline. Do not assume anything is included or reasonable. Bring your own beach towels and coffee capsules. Bottom line: The apartment is fine. But between the hidden fees, missing beach towels, flickering lights, and a coffee machine you can't use, this rental was not a relaxing stay.

Our property does not provide beach towels, but we do supply bath towels for your convenience. Regarding the coffee machine, we typically do not provide coffee, but we had various options available for you to enjoy your coffee. We did not receive any reports about lighting issues during your stay; if we had known, we would have addressed it immediately. We care about our guests' satisfaction and are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our services. Top posizione e cucina esterna

Pros: Ho soggiornato a casa Bouganvillea, San Teodoro, assieme alla mia famiglia (3 adulti e 2 bambine) per tre settimane a giugno. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è piccolina ma risponde alle attese anche perché ha uno spazio esterno davvero ottimizzato che ne aumenta la metratura: grazie alla cucina esterna (fornelli e non solo barbecue) abbiamo sempre cucinato e mangiato fuori! Casa ben accessorista, sia per quanto riguarda la cucina che quanto altro vi possa venire in mente (saponi, repellenti zanzare, carpenteria). Posizione perfetta a metà tra centro storico e spiaggia: 10 minuti a piedi dalla Cinta e 15 minuti dall’inizio della zona pedonale centrale. Nonostante la posizione ottimale, resta una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, parchetto pubblico per i bimbi davanti all’ingresso. Bici un po’ datate ma a disposizione degli ospiti per andare in spiaggia o fare la spesa e comunque supermercati raggiungibili a piedi o con l’auto senza aver paura di non trovare parcheggio.
