About the home
Relax in this conveniently located 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground level property. Enter the well-appointed living room with a flat-screen TV, pull-out sofa bed and gas fireplace. Unwind on the patio in warm summer evenings and enjoy the company of your pet or soak in the private hot tub! The modern master bedroom has a Queen bed.

Location
The Lagoons features a superb location. A seven-minute walk to the lifts, also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village restaurants, shops, and attractions. Across the street, you'll find the Marketplace mall with grocery and liquor stores.

⌂ Parking - Clearance 6'8"
Free parking in an assigned stall in a secure underground parkade.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ The private hot tub is located on the patio and may be visible from nearby walking trails.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

The suite was excellent, just great for two. A little hard to get everything up the stairs but we had a wagon along and that worked great. The hot tub was nice even on a warmer evening.

Nice spot very close to the village perfect for one couple looking to get up to Whistler and enjoy the outdoors but maybe not wanting to stay inside too much. I think this place is a work in progress and when it’s finished it will be nice but certainly has a lot of work to do to really feel like a comfortable, relaxing place to stay.Good enough for a place to stay after a day or skiing, hiking or riding and has all the amenity’s to make food or snacks and experience Whistler on the cheap.

Loved the close proximity to everything but far enough outside the village activity that it’s nice and quiet at night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Had we been made aware of any concerns at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist right away and ensure everything was working as expected. We understand you later mentioned privacy concerns around the hot tub, and we did provide a goodwill refund to acknowledge that. We also included a note about it in the lsiting description. However, the hot tub itself was available and functional throughout. Location was great- right across from the marketplace with a grocery store and tons of restaurants. Just a few minutes from the village. There was a very generous welcome basket for us and even a basket for the dog with poop rolls and treats. Hot tub is perfect with steps going in from the sliding door in the living area. Partially covered so it rained over half the tub. Also, they let us check in early which was helpful having already come up from vancouver. Awesome trip!
