Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, the "Gai Soleil" studio offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With 20 m² of space, it features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include a TV and heating.
Enjoy your own private balcony in a quiet cul-de-sac, with views of the valley and mountains. The property is ideally situated near the center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
Free covered TMB parking is available next to the residence, as well as free covered parking in the town center. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the village laundry for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done before departure. Please leave the property clean and in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathroom. If not respected, additional charges will apply.
There is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, but a strong 4G and 5G signal is available. A car is not necessary, as a shuttle runs every 10 minutes near the property.
