The open living and dining area is spacious with plenty of room to relax and entertain. Flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. 3 double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. 1 shower/WC and a guest WC with washing machine/tumbler. Balcony with view. Lift. 2 garage parking spaces and ski room.

l'appartamento è bello, spazioso, luminoso, la vista è stupenda, perfetto per 6 persone. la dotazione di armadi è ottima. I bagni sono molto funzionali e comfortevoli. Mancano dei cuscini in più, li ho chiesto ma pare che non siano previsti. E' proprio una carenza strana, in albergo x esempio ci sono sempre, le esigenze possono essere diverse: io x questioni mediche devo dormire con 2 cuscini ed ho dovuto usare uno del salotto. Ci vuole poco per offrire un comfort migliore. Manca una teiera. Come ho già segnalato ci sono dei problemi di sicurezza: la TV è grande e sottilissima, poggiata su un tavolino, è una soluzione insolita e rischiosa, chiunque la può urtare e far cadere. Di solito si applicano fisse sul muro. Altra cosa rischiosa ed insolita è il grande specchio poggiato sul muro, senza nemmeno un gancetto.

Zunächst die unproblematische Kommunikation. Die Wohnungsaufteilung/ das Layout ist super. Die Aussicht auf den See spitze. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig. Die Heizung in der Wohnung und in den Bädern funktionierte tadellos. Skiraum vorhanden. 2 Stellplätze zu haben ist ebenfalls prima. Waschmaschine und Trockner (top Geräte) sind sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ausreichend Geschirr, Fondue und Raclette-Set. Großer Kühlschrank. Für uns 6 war es die perfekte Wohnung! Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder zu 6 nach Sankt Moritz reisen.
