On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds (two mattresses each) are available, one equipped with a TV and balcony access, the other with a French balcony. A second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC is also located here.

Guests can benefit from a dedicated parking space and a communal bike shed on-site. Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
