The plot, 7000 m², is located completely in its own peace in the middle of a nice traditional landscape. The beach has its own pier and a rowing boat (+ life jackets). In the yard, an old-fashioned yard sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and running water. The sauna offers nice hot steams. There is access from the sauna to the swimming. From the garden sauna to the beach approx. 50 m.

Jämsä 14 km, Himos 7 km, lake Päijänne 100 m, shallow beach, own pier and rowing boat. A private beach area that is shared with four neighbors.
