The Space:

Our brand-new A-Frame Cabins are minimalist retreats nestled among the trees at the foot of Guanella Pass (officially designated National Forest and Colorado Scenic Byway). Designed with a focus on simplicity and natural beauty, each intimate A-frame blends clean wood elements with modern comfort, offering the ideal escape for two. Its striking architectural lines frame the forest outside, creating a seamless connection to the Colorado landscape.



Inside, the open layout features a cozy queen bed positioned perfectly to overlook the rushing creek and surrounding woods, inviting you to wake up to nature every morning. The space is intentionally simple yet highly functional, equipped with a convenient kitchenette that includes a sink, coffee maker, and microwave for preparing light meals. For your comfort, a private toilet is included in the cabin, allowing for a secluded, relaxing stay.



Just steps away from your front door, you'll have full access to LostFork’s premier outdoor community center. Here, you can utilize the full bathroom and laundry facilities, relax in the welcoming seating areas, or experience a true mountain reset in the creekside saunas and natural cold plunge in the creek.



Whether you’re seeking quiet solitude with a loved one, fresh mountain air, or just a change of pace, this creek-facing A-frame invites you to slow down, watch the trees, and stay a little longer.

Grant serves as the southern gateway to the Guanella Pass Scenic Byway, a 22-mile route traversing the Arapaho and Pike National Forests. By Car: From Denver: Grant is just a scenic 50-mile drive southwest of Denver along US Highway 285.

From Georgetown: Take Guanella Pass, just 23 miles south to Grant, to reach the junction with Hwy 285.



Public Transportation: Highway 285 is more remote, and there are limited public transit options to reach the area. Renting a car or driving is the most efficient way to enjoy the area and explore the nearby hiking and fishing locations.



On Foot & By Bike: Once you're at LostFork Basecamp, you'll have access to countless hiking and biking trails directly from the property. The nearby Geneva Creek Trail and Abyss Lake Trail provide fantastic opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area on foot or by bike.



Note on Roads: The Guanella Pass Scenic Byway, a 22-mile route, provides breathtaking views as it ascends to over 11,600 feet. During winter months, the pass is closed to automobiles seasonally, so be sure to check road conditions before venturing up.



Airports:

Denver International Airport (DEN): Approximately 80 miles northeast of Grant, ideal for those flying into the area.

• The Outdoor Community Center also includes men’s and women’s restrooms, each equipped with two showers and toilets for added convenience.

• PET RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; $35 per pet, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
