Welcome to our spacious design oasis, just a few steps away from the city center! The 145m² large, high-quality renovated apartment offers you an exquisite stay. With 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, up to 8 guests have ample space. The tranquil location allows you to enjoy a relaxing time amidst the city. Indulge in the unique charm and modern ambiance that this accommodation provides!
Welcome to the "Design Oasis 145 sqm - Central with kitchen"! Experience a pleasant stay in this stylishly furnished and spacious apartment with a calming aura. The fully renovated apartment offers first-class comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, and Smart-TVs with Netflix for your entertainment. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated here, with 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable box spring beds. On request, children's travel cots are also available. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi (500 MBits) and complimentary toiletries for your well-being. High-quality bed linen and fresh towels are always included. Optionally, you can book a later check-out or cleaning service for an additional fee. The central location allows easy access to shops and restaurants. This was a great place to stay over the christmas holiday. The apartment was large and spacious with good size rooms and a good size kitchen. The living room was a nice size for my kids to play around in. We went grocery shopping in town with a few store options within walking distance and used the kitchen to cook a few meals. This is a bit removed from the center of town and the train station but it was a quick taxi ride with all our luggage. It was perfect for a mid vacation break, we would stay here again!

Perfect apartment for my family of 5. Grocery store within walking distance. Iggy is very friendly and responsive.

Great stay

Happy to recommend the property. It’s very spacious and had all the mod coms.. Location wise we were a short taxi to volks fest which we went to in the evening.

Stuttgart/Oktoberfest Visit

Great property with plenty of space for five+ adults. Iggy was a wonderful host and patiently answered all our questions in advance of our arrival. Quiet location, but close to three different bus loops (one right up the street) and within walking distance to main part of Stuttgart.

Great, Quick Stay in Stuttgart

While traveling through Germany, we spent a night in this very nice apartment. We found it very comfortable and easily met our needs from all perspectives. We had very good communication with the property owner and the checkin/checkout processes were easy. Parking is limited, but we did luckily find a spot on the street and a parking decal is available for tgis purpose. We would stop by here again if visiting Stuttgart again.

Cracking apartment in quiet location

A great apartment. Easy entry process. Three good sized bedrooms which comfortably accommodated 7 of us. Spacious living area with a beautiful clock. 2 showers and 2 separate toilets all made for easy living. We used the 42 bus to get to and from the main station. Frequent service. Iggy was an excellent host. Danke.

Fantastic experience

Iggy’s place is great. The aesthetic is beautiful and very clean. The apartment is spacious so you can relax alone or spend time with your friends. As a group of 5 women we really appreciated the bathroom spaces. The apartment comes with a parking pass for on street parking. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and one thing that sets this place apart is the well appointed kitchen. Plenty of dishes and lots of pots and pans. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

Very nice property, but

Asked for an early check-in prior but was adamently denied because they needed time to turn over the property. Sonthen we arrived shortly after the 3:00 check in time ànd had to wait over half an hour because the propèrty was still being cleaned. Property owner comes to the door an hour after to check on the cleaning. Should have all been done before 3:00 check-in, not after we had arrived. Felt a bit envasive and strange.

Sejour Temps des Fêtes

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre sejour. La ville est tres propre et il y a beaucoup a faire. L emplacement est agreable car il est dans un quartier tranquille tout en etant a proximité du centre.
