Spacious and carefully decorated, the villa exudes authentic Istrian charm and details, providing the perfect place to relax.The property features a large private pool with a shallow area for children, an outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, while the interior offers a tavern with a fireplace, sauna, fitness area, and massage table -guaranteed fun for the whole family.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with a billiard table and other games, connecting two bedrooms and the living room.The ground floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds, and one triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left side of the villa is a separate studio apartment with a private entrance, near the pool, featuring two single beds, two sofa beds, and an en-suite bathroom.In the surrounding area, guests can explore the picturesque Istrian landscapes, visit nearby vineyards and olive groves, and taste local wines and specialties in traditional taverns.
