Nearby attractions: Casino 600 m, Deauville 25 km, Honfleur 48 km, Mémorial de Caen 35 km, Plages du débarquement 64 km. Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked. The distance to the sea varies depending on the location of the building.
3-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor, west facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchen (mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Le logement estsitué dans une résidence calme à 900m du centre ville et 500m de la plage, on peut donc tout faire à pieds.L'appartement possède une place de parking privée mais on peut également se garer sur les boulevards à proximité.

Bien situé pour aller à la mer et en ville, calme

Il faut nettoyer ou même remplacer l'endroit où on sèche la vaisselle à côté de l'évier, car il y a de la moisissure. - On l'a découvert peu avant notre départ anticipé. Meillieures salutations Anja Frohmüller

Der Aufenthalt in Les Clos Mathilde war eher durchwachsen. Wir wurden zwar freundlich vom Team begrüßt und gut eingewiesen. Leider war aber die Unterkunft sehr schlecht. Dabei geht es nicht um die Lage oder Beschaffenheit, sondern vor allem die Sauberkeit. Wir wurden ausdrücklich daraufhin gewiesen, dass wir eine Grundreinigung nach Abreise durchführen müssen, aber als wir dort eintraten fanden wir ein staubiges, schlecht ausgestattetes Appartment vor Die bestellte, aber anfangs nicht vorhandene Bettwäsche, war schmutzig und hatte undiefinierbare Flecken. Nach einer Beschwerde e-mail wurde das am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht und auch saubere Bettwäsche war dann verfügbar. Das Appartment präsentierte sich "lieblos" und die gute Lage macht es nicht wett dass wir hier nicht nochmals buchen würden. Der Anbieter sollte mehr auf Qualität setzen. AirBnB macht da meiner Erfahrung nach einen besseren Job.
